This is your highest level of awareness. This voice sparks passion, courage, and joy within you. When accessed, you remind yourself of the following:

We know life is both beautiful and difficult. Your Inner Leader uses all of your Inner Board Members to celebrate your wins and navigate the tough times. It gives you the emotional agility to fully acknowledge your setbacks and losses and honor all of the emotions that come along with them.
With this strength, you will rise and successfully lead yourself and others through stressful times, changes, and life’s transitions.
