You just snapped at someone you love — and immediately felt terrible about it.

You said yes to something you desperately wanted to say no to.

You’re lying awake at 2am replaying a situation that happened three days ago.

There’s a difficult conversation you know you need to have — and you’ve been putting it off for weeks.

You keep telling yourself you’ll get your health back on track — but it’s not happening.

You can see an exciting opportunity right in front of you — but something keeps holding you back from going for it.

Sound familiar? That’s not a personal failing. That’s what happens when we run on autopilot. When we react to life instead of leading it. We’re human.

And it’s exactly why Energy Leadership™ is at the heart of everything I teach and do.

Energy Leadership™ is a transformational framework that gives you the ability to consciously lead your thoughts, emotions, and energy — so they work for you instead of against you. It’s not woo. It’s not a personality test. It’s a practical, life-changing lens for understanding how you show up, especially under stress and how to shift it.

Think of it this way. Each of us views the world through a unique set of glasses. If you’re wearing green-colored glasses, the world looks green. If you’re wearing orange-colored glasses, the world looks orange. Our lenses are shaped by our past experiences, our stories, and the influences of the world around us. And those filters — how we view life — can help us achieve happiness and success. Or they can limit our potential and hold us back.

The fabulous thing? We don’t have to stay stuck with the same old glasses. We can choose to upgrade our prescription at any time. 😎

That’s what Energy Leadership™ helps you do. Let’s explore it now.

The 7 Levels of Energy

There are 7 levels in all. Each one reflects a different way of seeing yourself, others, and the energy you bring to your relationships and situations you face each day. We all move through these levels. But most people default to just a few, especially under pressure.

As you read through these, notice which feel most familiar:

Level 1 — Victim: “Why bother?” Fear, apathy, overwhelm, self-doubt. Shows up as avoidance or imposter syndrome.

Level 2 — Conflict: “It’s me vs. them.” Reactive, controlling, stressed-out. Driven by the pressure to achieve, be right, or prove yourself.

Level 3 — Coping: “It’s fine. I’ll deal with it.” Getting things done or tolerating a situation — but often at the cost of your own needs and joy.

Level 4 — Service: “How can I help?” Compassionate and supportive — but without boundaries, a direct path to burnout and resentment.

Level 5 — Opportunity: “What’s possible here?” Opportunities and challenges become fuel — for learning, action, and creating what’s next.

Level 6 — Connection: “What truly matters?” Purpose-driven, values-aligned, clear leadership. Present and focused on what matters most.

Level 7 — Non-Judgment: “I choose how I respond to every experience.” Peaceful, expansive, rooted in infinite possibility.

I often see high-performing women rely on Energy Levels 2 and 3 to stay productive, but this also disconnects them from joy, rest, and deeper alignment. Does this resonate at all?

As a certified Energy Leadership™ coach and speaker, I wanted to create a way to make the 7 Levels come alive. Something people could practically feel and work with in real time. That’s how the Inner Board Members™ were born.

Meet Your Inner Board Members™

Inside every one of us is a boardroom. And around that table sits a cast of inner voices, constantly weighing in on every decision, challenge, and conversation in your life. Some make you feel confident and focused. And others stress you out.

I call them your Inner Board Members™ and each one reflects a different energy level. Let’s meet them.

The goal isn’t to silence the voices that challenge you. They are perfectly normal and a part of who we are as humans. It’s important to recognize them and understand what they’re trying to tell you. From here, you get to consciously choose which one leads.

And when you choose who leads? Everything changes.

I teach this because I lived it.

For years I ran on autopilot. Driven by the pressure to be perfect, feeling like I was never quite enough. Successful by most measures on the outside but struggling on the inside.

When I started paying attention to which Board Members were leading, I had the power to change it. My stress, my confidence, my peace, my happiness — all of it shifted. And I’ve never led the same way since.

That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing this work, because every woman deserves to learn these skills before she loses another day to stress, self-doubt, and settling for less than she deserves.

This isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about showing up as the strongest, most grounded version of who you already are. Ready to fully embrace, evolve, and enjoy all of life!
